The Fire works of New Year were amazing

01 Jan. The started with lot of fog. The fog comes to Abu Dbahi for 2 or 3 days in a year.

Went to Marina mall and saw International Yachting Boats ready for race.

02 Jan. Went to see famous Palace Hotel and also saw the most expensive Christmas Tree

The Hotel also has Gold Dispensing Machine

03 Jan 2015

Went and saw the Grand Mosque. It is really good and is still being developed.

Also saw the Formula 1 Race Track, Ferrari world.

The eco city Masdar was indeed very good with driver less car experience.

04 Jan 2015

11.30 Departed for Dubai . The road was very good. The Abu Dhabi part had lot of greenery and flowers. The car was doing about 120kmph.

Reached our place to stay ie

Winchester Grand Delux Hotel Apt, Mankhool Area, Kuwait Street,Bur, Dubai

The Room was well laid out with mini kitchen and utensils for asset of 2.It has washing machine, Friz, Microwave, hot plate, Iron, Tea Kettle etc.

Evening took the Free Shuttle to Dubai Mall.

This is huge Mall. After sunset saw the Fountains show at the rear of the Mall. The fountains are same as at Bellagio in Las Vegas. It has 7 mins show every 30 mins. The fountain is 270m in length and sporting a jet that shoots water up to 150m. Took the Metro back.

05 Jan

Had half day City Tour from 0900 to 1300. The Dubai museum is good.

Other places included were Jumeirah Beach ,

Drive through Atlantis ending last at Dubai Mall. Later in the evening went to Shrajah to a friend's home.

On return went to Mina Bazar and bought few things. Had Dinner at Shiraj, the food was very good.

06 Jan

Went to near by Mall called Center. It is walking distance from Hotel. It is still coming up. The super mart is good.

,In the evening we were picked up at 5pm for Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner. We reached Dune are after1 hour drive. Here we changed the vehicle and went through the Dunes for about 30 mins ride.

There after saw the Belly Dancing dance by a performer and Egyptian Tanoura dancer.

In the morning went to Ibn Batuta Mall. It is good Mall , with different décor and well laid out. It is good to walk around as it is not very crowded. Got our names written in Arabic, which was being written Free of Cost.
